The 33rd International Amusement and Gaming Show, organized by IEG, in collaboration with SAPAR, and the
3rd edition of
RAS Rimini Amusement Show opened their doors on 21st September 2021 and run until Thursday 23rd September
2021 at
Italian Exhibition Group’s Rimini Expo Centre in collaboration with SAPAR.
Among the several exhibitions successfully held in Italy in 2020, the ENADA 2020 in October was also one of them,
which
demonstrates the confidence of the entire game and amusement industry to bounce back and the desire of seeking
cooperation. Therefore, in a new year, in order to embrace the needs of the market and revive the industry, the
organizers and co-organizers after serious discussions decided to hold it once again.
At the inauguration ceremony, participants included the presidents of Italian Exhibition Group, Lorenzo Cagnoni,
and
SAPAR, Domenico Distante, Rt. Hon. Rosanna Conte and the president of the International Gaming Observatory,
Ornella De
Rosa, also attended the opening.
Lorenzo Cagnoni stressed, “There’s a great need to meet to do business and network on the new scenarios that are
emerging. ENADA and Rimini Amusement Show are heading in this direction, exploiting new products and the signs
from the
market: this is shown by the response of the companies, who continue to put their trust in us, aware of the fact
that to
come through the crisis we must join forces and expos are an indispensable means for doing business.”
In 2020, the game and amusement industry was one of the most severe industries affected by COVID-19. And the
33rd Expo
has taken an important role to push the development of the industry. IEG has always kept close with all the
participants, and gave immediate feedback to every exhibitor, to promote the completion of business and trades.
Domenico Distante from SAPAR said, “Being here today is very important - I wish to thank the exhibitors taking
part. We
managed to put a great team together to realize this expo. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of problems. In
fact, we
are awaiting the sector’s national reorganization and have problems with the expiring licences. This sector –
that of
legal gaming – must be ensured all-round safeguarding.”
More than 80 companies from China, Argentina, Italy, France, Australia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania,
Russia, SAN
Marino, Spain, and the United Kingdom attended the Expo. And the exhibits included children’s amusement
equipment,
non-power equipment, redemption machines, video games, gift machines, sport equipment, VR products, and more.
Game Time
International also attended the show to catch the latest industry information for Chinese industry peers and
recommend
Chinese amusement products to the Italian market.
